Terms of Service

Welcome to BHLH Astrology LLC, including New Earth Mystery School™ ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including astrology consultations, coaching, educational programs, online courses, memberships, workshops, retreats, group programs, and the New Earth Mystery School.

By purchasing or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Astrology readings and consultations

  • Human Design education

  • Gene Keys education

  • Spiritual coaching

  • Metaphysical coaching

  • Energy awareness and Reiki-informed practices

  • Meditation and mindfulness instruction

  • Educational workshops

  • Online courses

  • Group coaching

  • Membership communities

  • Family education programs

  • New Earth Mystery School™

  • Retreats and live events

Our services are designed for education, personal growth, self-reflection, and spiritual exploration.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

2. Educational Nature of Our Services

Our programs incorporate philosophical, spiritual, symbolic, and contemplative traditions including astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, meditation, mythology, energy awareness, and related subjects.

These frameworks are presented as educational and reflective tools intended to encourage curiosity, personal insight, and meaningful discussion.

They should not be interpreted as objective fact, guarantees, or predictions.

Participants are encouraged to exercise critical thinking and make their own decisions.

3. Client Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

  • You understand that results vary from person to person.

  • You remain solely responsible for your physical, emotional, financial, legal, and medical well-being.

  • You understand that our services are educational and are not a substitute for licensed professional advice.

4. Eligibility

Individual coaching clients must be at least 18 years old.

Parents or legal guardians may register children for family programs, including New Earth Mystery School.

By registering a minor, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian.

5. Parent Participation

For New Earth Mystery School:

Children ages 8–12

A parent or legal guardian must be present in the home throughout each live session 

Children ages 13–16

Parents are encouraged, but not required, to attend.

6. Children's Programs

The New Earth Mystery School is an educational enrichment program.

It is not:

  • therapy

  • counseling

  • psychotherapy

  • medical treatment

  • crisis intervention

  • behavioral treatment

  • childcare

  • a substitute for formal education

Parents remain fully responsible for supervising and supporting their children throughout participation.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, energy work, meditation, coaching, and related practices are inherently interpretive.

Every person's experience is unique.

8. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

Our services do not replace:

  • physicians

  • psychologists

  • psychiatrists

  • therapists

  • counselors

  • attorneys

  • financial advisors

If you require professional medical or mental health care, please seek assistance from an appropriately licensed provider.

9. Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to participation unless otherwise agreed.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refund policies for specific programs may be outlined on the applicable sales page.

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Group programs, courses, and Mystery School enrollments are generally non-refundable once the program begins unless required by applicable law.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy.

Information shared during sessions or programs will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law.

Because group programs involve multiple participants, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of other participants and ask everyone to respect one another's privacy.

12. Recording Policy

Parent educational sessions may be recorded and made available to registered participants.

Children's live gatherings are designed as interactive educational experiences and will not be publicly distributed.

Participants may not record, reproduce, share, or distribute program content without written permission.

13. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, presentations, worksheets, journals, recordings, written content, graphics, curriculum, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of BHLH Astrology LLC unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

14. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful learning environment.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove participants who engage in:

  • harassment

  • discrimination

  • abusive behavior

  • threats

  • repeated disruption

  • inappropriate conduct

  • violation of participant privacy

No refunds will be provided if removal results from violations of this policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BHLH Astrology LLC, Eric Rosen, and affiliated instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in our services.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

The most current version will always govern participation in our services.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

The New Earth Mystery School is designed to be a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for every family.

For children ages 8–12, a parent or caregiver remains present during each live session.

Children participate only in supervised group gatherings. There are no private one-on-one sessions or private messaging with minors.

Families come from many different backgrounds and beliefs. Curiosity is encouraged, respect is expected, and no family is asked to adopt a particular spiritual or metaphysical belief system.

Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, meditation, symbolism, and related topics are presented as tools for reflection, conversation, and personal exploration.

This program is educational enrichment. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, medical care, crisis counseling, or a replacement for formal education.
