2. Client Responsibility & Eligibility
By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that:

4. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are due in full before sessions unless otherwise agreed.
No refunds are provided once services have been rendered. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation without proper notice, no refund will be given.

5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All sessions are confidential.
We will not share your personal information unless required by law or with your written consent.

6. Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful space:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
Sessions will not proceed if a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. Intellectual Property
Any materials, insights, or recorded sessions provided by us remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
You agree that we are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of our services.
Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Missouri USA.
